Welcome to Get Scheduled Central ("we," "us," "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Get Scheduled Central provides online booking pages, scheduling, customer management, and related tools for service businesses. We are a software platform — we do not provide the services your customers book through your page.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
3. Pricing & Billing
- Per-appointment fee: $0.99 per booked appointment, billed monthly to the payment method on file.
- No monthly minimum: If no appointments are booked in a billing cycle, no charge is made.
- Failed payments: If a charge fails, your account may be paused until the balance is settled.
- Refunds: Per-appointment fees are non-refundable once the appointment is booked. Disputed charges will be reviewed in good faith.
4. Customer Payments
If you choose to collect deposits or reservation payments from your customers, those payments are made directly to you via your chosen payment handle (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, etc.). Get Scheduled Central is not a party to those transactions and assumes no responsibility for them.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload (logos, photos, customer information, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host and display this content as needed to operate the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; send spam; offer illegal goods or services; infringe intellectual property; transmit malware; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. You remain responsible for any unpaid balance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or any particular business outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
